    The interpretation of a person´s creative work operates not referentially but evocatively.
    The feeling of existence which is evoked can be more or less profound, more or less intense, according to our capacity or disposition.
    The mystery of artistic language lies in the reason why one rhythm makes us freeze in an ecstatic outburst and another does not.

    Continuity evokes in me above all, a feeling of existence. To pass to the sphere of the inevitable. Each principle suggests something, once I perceive this suggestion, I begin to paint intuitively. When this happens, my own reality awakens beyond sense and I experience an affect which is neither thought nor feeling but an impact, a moment of lyrical life not evaluated, something which can never be conveyed through verifiable propositions, but merely suggested.
